MAC Swiss Chocolate Eyeshadow

MAC describes Swiss Chocolate as muted reddish brown. It is a matte finish eyeshadow.
MAC Swiss chocolate is the kind of eyeshadow that is a must have in your collection but if you have a deep brown eyeshadow in your collection already, you don’t need this one. For me Swiss Chocolate works pretty much like Folie, just that I like Folie a tad bit more than this because of the texture. But if you don’t find Folie at the store, pick up Swiss Chocolate.
Swiss Chocolate is a deep chocolaty brown color with reddish undertones. It is a fab eyeshadow for crease, for outer ‘V’ or for gorgeous brown smokey eyes. The staying power is absolutely fab. It just stays on and on and especially in the crease, this is a rock solid color. It blends in smoothly and does not have any major fall out. It works well with deeper skin tones as well. I don’t like using it as an all over lid color. I feel it is too dull for the lid.
Overall a very good eyeshadow. Can definitely find a place in your go to eyeshadow palette. 🙂
