MAC Eyeshadow Typographic, Knight Divine, Print, Review, Swatch

Hi Everyone, 🙂
I am back to doing my mini reviews. So here’s a post on some lovely greys and black from MAC eyeshadows. 🙂

mac grey eyeshadows

MAC Knight Divine Eyeshadow

mac knight divine

Price : Rs 1000 approx
Finish : Veluxe Pearl
Color : Black with silver pearl. A beautiful metallic / gunmetal grey.
Texture : super smooth. Easy to blend
Longevity : lasts all day long without fading or creasing.
Pigmentation : medium to buildable. The best part is that the metallic finish stays all day long. With some eyeshadows I find that the metallic finish dies down after a few hours.
Goes Best With : Blacks, greens, purples, blue eyeshadows.
Skin Tones : all skin tones. It’s the kind of greys that can easily be worn during the day. Also, if you find black too stark to use during the day, knight divine is a good option.
Do I like It? totally love it. It is one of my favourite greys when I do a silvery black smokey eye makeup. Can be used both as an all over color on the lid or in the crease as well.
Rating :5/5

MAC Print Eyeshadowmac print

Price : Rs 1000 approx
Finish : satin
Color : muted grey with shimmer / a dark grey with slight silver shimmer. On application you can barely see the shimmer. It is more of a matte eyeshadow.
Texture : it goes a little patchy and is slightly hard to blend. But if you are using it just as a crease or transition color, it is okay.I mean you can work with it. It is not too painful as well.
Longevity : stays on all day long without fading.
Pigmentation : medium to buildable.
Goes Best with : can be used to create soft smokey eye. you can also pair it up with cool toned eyeshadows.
Skin Tones : all skin tones
Do I like It? If you are not too keen on using a metallic grey on the lids and also prefer a muted black shade, Print is your color. I’d say that it is an easily skippable eyeshadow.

Pigmentation : super pigmented.

Skin Tones : all skin tones

And this is the look I created using all 4 eyeshadows.

I kept the shimmery grey shade (knight divine) on the lid. For crease I blended it with a matte grey eyeshadow (Print), on the outer ‘V’ I used Typographic to add depth. For inner corner of the eyes and brow-bone I used MAC Dazzlelight. mac greys
