IMBB Sponsored Product
Hey all!
Hope you are all well! The sale season is just around the corner and some websites have already started having discounts on makeup and stuff. Taking advantage of one such discount, I ordered quite a lot of Makeup Revolution London and Make Up Academy products. I’m not new to MUR products but I’m relatively new to these mono eye shadows. Also check out my MUR and MUA haul at the end of the review! Now, let’s see how this one fares! 🙂
Price: 500 INR (I got a huge discount)
Ingredients:
My Experience with Makeup Revolution I Won’t Be Alone Mono Eye Shadow:
Packaging: These mono eye shadows come in very classic packaging. The flip cap is transparent which enables you to locate the product easily if you happen to have more than one of these. It also displays the company’s name in gold which looks classy. The pan is black in colour and the back shows the name and ingredients. There isn’t any product description on the packaging. The flip cap works well and shuts with an audible click. The packaging is sleek hence is travel friendly.
Colour and Pigmentation: ‘I Won’t Be Alone’ is a smoked purple colour which is absolutely gorgeous and unique. It has some grey and black in it. It has a chrome finish, that’s what I think it’s called. It has this amazing metallic finish that is so gorgeous! It also has extremely fine silver shimmer that is only visible once you blend it in. This shade is truly so beautiful that I cannot find precise words to describe it. The pigmentation is average but you can easily build it up. The finish is somewhat similar to Urban Decay’s Duo Chrome eye shadows.
Texture: The texture of this eye shadow is very smooth. It is a bit powdery, it causes a bit of fallout but the texture is very fine and super smooth. You do not feel the shimmer. It blends in very easily, as shown in the swatch. I really love how easily they blend and how smooth they are. It doesn’t settle into fine lines or anything.
Staying Power: These eye shadows last for about 4 hours without a primer. With a primer they would definitely last longer.
