Price:
Rs. 450 approximately.

Packaging:
The packaging and consistency is very similar to Bobbi Brown’s Sheer Lip Color. Makeup Revolution is known for its brilliant dupes from high-end brands. These lipsticks come in black and gold sleek packaging, which I adore 🙂 The shade names are a bit quirky and I liked the concept. Also, the color names and codes are mentioned at the bottom of the lipsticks.
My Experience with Makeup Revolution Lip Hug Lipsticks:
These lipsticks might be similar in packaging to Bobbi Brown, but definitely the formula is not the same. But yes, these ones are better than the 1 GBP lipstick range from the same brand. These lipsticks are very hydrating on the lips and give sheeny finish in a single swipe. The color can be intensified by using a lip liner underneath. The color options range from n*des to pink ones to the red ones, so there’s a lot of shades to pick according to one’s preference. I mostly bought the n*des, and also a pink and a classic red shade. Check out the colors that I have picked:
Present Has No Living: It is a pretty pink shade with a reddish tone. Very good to add a little colour to your neutral face. I would love to wear it in summer and spring time. It doesn’t have any shimmer which I just love.
She is Up All Night: It is a soft fuchsia pink colour, which can easily become a favorite of gals who love pink shades. It has a hint of purple tone in it, not too light and not too dark, making it a perfect daytime lip colour in summers.
Who We Are: It is a classic red shade. I am not a lover of red lipsticks, but having one or two reds in my lipstick collection wouldn’t harm, right 😛 think it will be good to wear during night outs or wear in a day time during winters.
When You Came To Me: It is a perfect n*de color, great with a heavy smokey eye look. Easy to wear color on a daily basis without worrying about if the lip color is too loud. It is a very light and natural colour.
Pros of Makeup Revolution Lip Hug Lipsticks:
- Great shade range. This collection has 20 different shades.
- Affordable.
- Good packaging.
- Texture is very hydrating.
Cons of Makeup Revolution Lip Hug Lipsticks:
- Average staying power.
Final Verdict:
These lipsticks are very affordable. They cost only 2.99 GBP. In my opinion, I can’t recommend it to you all enough. These lipsticks a good range of colors. I can’t wait to buy more colours from this range.
