I did a haul recently of some eyeshadows from Makeup Revolution. This is the makeup range of which I have almost no products. So, I decided to add to my kitty some eyeshadows from this affordable brand.

My Experience with Makeup Revolution London Candy Frosted Mono Eyeshadow:
I will begin by describing the packaging of the eyeshadow, which is simple and apt for the price charged. The eyeshadow comes in a black rectangular pan with a clear flip lid. There is no applicator provided with this eyeshadow. The lid closes with a click. What I really like about the packaging is the fact that it is extremely sturdy and travel friendly. The quantity of the product is amazing per its price. At the back of the pan, the ingredient list is printed.
“Candy Frosted” is a shimmery candy pink shade. It is a must-have eyeshadow if you love to define yourself through your eyes. It is suitable for both casual as well as party looks. The pigmentation of this eyeshadow is amazing. One swipe will give the true colour as in the pan.
The staying power of this eyeshadow is pretty decent. As I am not yet into eye primers, this one stayed on my non-oily lids for a good 4.5-5 hours without primer.
It applies very smoothly and has a satiny texture. Despite its shimmery finish, it does not feel gritty at all on the lids. It blends easily and does not settle into fine lines nor does it crease.
A drawback of this eyeshadow that I found was that it has fallout issues and also it has parabens.

i wish the pigmentation of this one was more than this, it’s a beautiful shade with lovely shimmers.
This range of mono shadows from Makeup Revolution is turning out to be a good range. I do wish, like Shikha does that the pigmentation could have been better, but still it’s worth a try..
