My Take on Makeup Revolution London Fusion Amazing Lipstick:
Packaging: The lipstick comes in a classic black bullet body, nothing can beat black. Over the black body the brand name is written in golden font which really adds to the chic packaging. At the top of the cap there is a transparent small pot containing some of the lip color which also serves as a shade indicator. So you can easily find your shade when you have lots and lots of these little babies.
The small pot is almost non detachable but it comes out easily if you drop the cap accidentally. The cap of the lipstick doesn’t shut tight and is wobbly. It can come off easily by itself so this doesn’t make these lipsticks really easy to carry around in your handbag. I would recommend tying the cap with a rubber band while travelling; this will help avoid any mess and will also protect the bullet.
Shade: Fusion is a nice matte berry color with no shimmer. In the bullet, the shade seems too dark but it comes out to be a very sheer berry shade on your lips. The color, including the formula makes this one an exact dupe for the MUA matte lipstick in shade Wildberry. After gifting the MUA lipstick to one of my cousins, I was thinking to pick the same shade again as I love the color. But I wanted to try something different hence I picked this one. The shade is very flattering; it’ll suit every skin tone. It just adds so much to the whole face. The sheer formula of the lipstick makes it a very wearable shade on every day basis.
Texture and Pigmentation: The lipstick doesn’t have a super creamy and smooth texture to it. It’s kind of waxy and rubbery in texture but the application is quite easy as it doesn’t really drag or pull the lips. It sticks to the lips without transferring much. The lipstick doesn’t weigh down your lips but the waxy texture makes it cling to the dry patches of lips. It also settles down into the fine lines of the lips.
The lipstick is not very hydrating. The hydration was sufficient for my normal lips only so those with dry lips can skip this. The formula of the lipstick is like a lip tint. The shade is not at all pigmented; the lipstick gives a very sheer coverage on the lips. Neither does it deposit an even layer of color on the lips nor does it cover flaws of the lips properly and the pigmentation is non buildable. The color cannot be built up on the lips even after layering; no matter you apply the color directly from the bullet or with a lip brush. The color remains the same even after multiple swipes. I wouldn’t recommend this shade to pigmented lip beauties.
Staying Power: The lipstick lasted on me for 3-3.5 hours. Because of the matte texture, the color doesn’t transfer easily onto anything which makes it lasts long on the lips. It easily survives light snacking and drinking.

Cons of Makeup Revolution London Fusion Amazing Lipstick:
• Texture is not very creamy and smooth, instead the lipstick feels a little waxy
• Settles into the fines lines of the lips
• Clings to dry and flaky patches of lips
• Doesn’t give a proper coverage to cover the flaws of the lips
• Pigmentation is very low
• Not suitable for dry and severely pigmented lips
• Packaging is very flair and the cap is wobbly
IMBB Rating: 3.5/5. I marked this lipstick for poor pigmentation and not so smooth and creamy texture. Otherwise, I am totally fond of the shade.
Will I Recommend/ Re-purchase Makeup Revolution London Fusion Amazing Lipstick?
Yes, for those who like such formula and don’t prefer to apply a bold or pigmented lipstick every day and no to those who have severely pigmented and dry lips. No, I won’t be re purchasing this shade again. Preferably I would pick the other shades of this range.
