Makeup Revolution London Love Powder Blush Review

The product that I am going to review today is a powder blush named “Love”. What attracted me towards it was its name as well as the fact that it came from Makeup Revolution London, one of the most raved brands on IMBB from quite some time. The brand offers some amazing products at a very cheap rate. According to their official website, there are 6 shades available in this range of which Treat, Sugar and Hot have already been reviewed here.

My Experience with Makeup Revolution London Love Powder Blush:

The blush comes in a black colored pan with a transparent flip cap. There is nothing innovative about the packaging but is sturdy and travel friendly. A small sticker is applied on the cap which needs to be removed to open the cap.

Love is a pale pink color with cool undertones to it. In the pan it looks more of beige with pink undertones.

When it comes to blushes, I like to apply shades like peach and beige for a natural look and this blush has become my instant favorite. There are no shimmer particles in it at all and is a completely matte shade. When I touched it for the first time, it felt very soft and smooth. It glides on smoothly on cheeks and there is very minimal fallout.

The pigmentation of the blush is great. Even though it is a powder blush, it is easy to blend. As it goes completely matte on the skin, you can use it as an everyday blush easily. The staying power of this blush is incredible. It stays like for almost 6 to 7 hours without touch-ups. Even when the blush starts fading, there is a nice glow left on the skin. This blush is indeed a great buy at such a low price tag.

• This product would not suit every Indian skin tone. It would suit only fair skin tones.
• Contains parabens.

Would I Recommend It?

Yes. If you have fair skin tone you should give this a try. It is a perfect shade for everyday wear which gives a matte finish to even oily skin. I can’t comment about dry skin but, still you could use a moisturizing foundation beneath it. There are 2 other shades in this range which aren’t available in India. If you can get your hands on any shade from this range, do give them a try.
