My take on Makeup Revolution London Naive Mono Eyeshadow:

The eye shadow comes in a black rectangular pan with a transparent flip cap. There is no applicator provided with this eye shadow. The ingredient list and other details are provided at the back. The packaging is travel friendly and sturdy, thus you can carry it in your handbag while travelling.

The eyeshadow is of pale peach color with slight warm undertones to it. It has a very smooth and satiny texture. It has no shimmer particles in it and glides on easily and goes completely matte on eyelids. I prefer to apply it with my fingers rather than brush for a better application. It can be used as an eye shadow, highlighter or a base color. Those who have pale skin tone can use it as a high lighter and those with medium skin tone can use it as an eye shadow when going for a natural look. If you have a darker skin tone it is best used as a highlighter.

As it has a matte finish, it seems to be a bit chalky but still does its job pretty well. When used as an eyeshadow it creates a very subtle look. It stays for 3 to 4 hours without the use of an eye primer. It doesn’t crease or settle into fine lines. It has very minimal fallout but nothing drastic. The quantity of the eyeshadow offered at this price is amazing.

Would I recommend Makeup Revolution London Naive Mono Eyeshadow?

Umm…well it depends on you. When it comes for daily makeup I like to keep it natural and thus this is a must have eyeshadow for me. It helps in creating a toned down look. Even if you don’t like the shade much as an eye shadow it can be used as a base shade or a highlighter below the brows. I would recommend it for its multiple uses and the low price tag.
