I own five Makeup Revolution Amazing Sheer lip glosses and I have already reviewed four of them (Hush Hush, Touch, Free, Move A Little Closer).  Today, I am reviewing the last one in my collection – “Not Naive.” Read on for more details.

My Experience with Makeup Revolution London Not Naïve Amazing Sheer Lip Gloss:

The lip gloss comes in an easy squeeze tube packaging. The tube closes with a black twist cap. The tube has a typical slanting plastic applicator, but I find the typical doe-foot applicator easy to work with. The tube is easy to carry and travel friendly. I absolutely adore this sleek tube lip gloss.

“Not Naive” is a n*de sheer lip gloss.  It imparts a pale look to the face. This lip gloss is too sheer, so it does not hide pigmented lips. If I apply multiple swipes to get a rich colour, this shade gives a whitish cast to the lips which leaves my face totally washed out, while a single swipe of this gloss comes out transparently on the lips.

It’s even lighter than “Hush Hush” sheer lip gloss. It smells sweet and good. The texture of the lip gloss is not too thick, but it feels a little bit sticky.

It does not feel heavy on the lips, in fact glides smoothly on the lips. The lip gloss is too moisturizing, like a tinted lip balm. The lip gloss keeps my lips hydrated. My lips look nourished, but the staying power is low, like most of the other lip glosses. It stays for approximately 2 hours without eating or drinking. Overall, it’s a good everyday gloss if you do not have pigmented lips. It will definitely give gorgeous n*de lips.

Would I Repurchase Makeup Revolution London Not Naïve Amazing Sheer Lip Gloss?
No, I personally do not find this shade to be very appealing because it gives a whitish cast on the lips.
