I’m here with my first product from Makeup Revolution London. I have been eyeing this blush for a really long time, and finally got it when it happened to be on sale 😀 Read on to know how it fared.
Price: £2.50/Rs 252 but I got it online for Rs 374.
Makeup Revolution London presents this ‘Loved me the Best Baked’ blusher, which is highly pigmented to give your cheekbones a soft and natural look. Smooth and fine in quality, this red blusher will blend with your skin and make your cheekbones look beautiful and shiny.
This merged blusher is highly pigmented for a natural soft effect. The colour is easily buildable with a hint of shimmer to enhance the cheekbones. Apply to the cheekbones or apples of cheeks.
How to Use:
Put the blush on your brush, tapping off any excess. Look into the mirror and smile, this helps you figure out where the “apple” of your cheek is, brush over cheeks in light upward feather strokes. Blend well for a soft natural shadowy effect
Apply foundation before using Blusher. To make sure it doesn’t look like a stripe, use “a big brush and a light hand,”. Always sweep it in one direction.
My Experience with Makeup Revolution London Vivid Baked Blush in Loved Me the Best:
Packaging: It comes in a plastic round case. The front is a transparent flap cap with the brand’s name and range written on it in gold. The back includes the ingredients list and name of the blush. It comes without a mirror and brush.
Pigmentation: This beautiful baked blush is a combination of pink and red with hints of peach. The best part about the blush is that it’s highly pigmented and only a little amount of product is required for pretty-looking cheeks! The blush is warm-toned and is too pigmented for everyday wear. It contains fine shimmer which adds as a glow quotient and is not OTT.
Staying power: The blush stays on around for a good amount of time and re-application isn’t a must, thanks to its shimmer and highly pigmented nature.
Texture: The blush in the pan is a little gritty and not smooth, maybe because it’s baked but on application, it applies smoothly and is not at all chalky or powdery.
To conclude, it’s my first product from the brand; I’m impressed with the product as it gives a nice and soft rosy glow to the cheeks if applied properly and looks great! 🙂
