Recently I bought an eyeshadow from the same brand under the name ‘I want u’. It was really worth I so I bought some more shades. Here’s the review of one of it.

Price: 295 INR for 3.3g

Claims: These mono eye shadows bring a vivid colour to the eye that is very buildable and lasts all day. The payoff and intensity is truly amazing and so affordable you will want them all!

My Experience with Makeup Revolution Mono Eye Shadow Smooth As

These eye shadows come in a cute black case with a transparent lid. The lid shuts with a click and is sturdy enough, so it is travel-friendly. The transparent lid makes it easy to spot the shades in a stash. The shade name and the ingredients are mentioned on the reverse side.

Smooth As is a matte light brown. I love neutrals a lot and I was in hunt for a good brown and finally I got this. This was not exactly what I had in mind but I am super happy with it. This is almost a n*de brown on the lids. I pair it up with shimmery shadows and it complements it really well.

The texture is also awesome; super smooth and non-chalky. It feels very easy to work with it. But the pigmentation was a little disappointing, as it does not give good color-payoff. But it is buildable to an extent. The shade cannot be used alone since this doesn’t show up much. It will be great to wear it for work with neutral eyes. There wasn’t much fallout with this shade and it hardly creased. It lasts about 4 hours on lids without a primer. In the EOTD I have used it on the crease with the shade ‘Rave All Night’ on the lid. I really like these babies 😀
