My Experience with Makeup Revolution Nude Amazing Inner Eye Brightener:
This eye brightener comes in a regular black cardboard packaging. This packaging bears the product description, ingredients list, etc. The product comes in an easy retractable pencil with a sharpener attached at its base. The twist-up mechanism works pretty smoothly. The pencil is black in color with gold detailing. The pencil has a black cap, which shuts with an audible click making it fit for travel purposes. Overall, the packaging is basic and travel friendly.
The shade “N*de” is a pinkish n*de inner eye brightener, which has some very fine microshimmer that’s not much visible and just adds a nice luminescence effect. It does not look shimmery at first sight. The shade is very natural as compared to other regular white eye brighteners that you see in stores. As we all know, blending is the key to achieve perfect makeup look, so you would need to blend it nicely to get a natural look. In this way, it will not look cakey. And do remember that you actually do not require a lot of product, just a little product will do the job.
I sometimes apply it on my waterline to make my dull and tired eyes fresh and bright. It makes my eyes look bright and awake. It will make small eyes look a little bit bigger.
The texture is very creamy and glides effortlessly on the eyelids. There is no tugging or pulling of my sensitive eye area, but I had to be extra careful while using it because it is soft and creamy, and the tip tends to break very easily even with a little pressure. So, be gentle while using this eye brightener.
The lasting power is not very impressive on my waterline. It stays for 3 hours approximately on my waterline. Normally, if I use it for highlighting the inner corners of my eyes, it stays nicely for 4-5 hours and fades away gradually. It is pretty safe for contact lens wearers. It has never irritated my eyes at all. Overall, it is a decent product and a must-have for all eye makeup junkies.
