My Experience with Makeup Revolution Rush Vivid Blush Lacquer:

The blush comes in an airtight pump dispenser. The translucent plastic bottle is cylindrical in shape with a nice frosty black cap. Though the pump dispenser does not come up with any locking mechanism, the cap fits tightly and makes this bottle leakproof. The size of the bottle is small and just fits on my palm. The bottle is quite sturdy and travel-friendly. I need to pump more than 2-3 times to dispense the blush. That is the only con of this packaging.

Now, coming to the shade, Rush. When I first swatched it on my hand, I observed that it is a nice cool-toned pink shade. So, I felt it would not suit my skin tone. But, to my surprise, the blush looked natural and gives a nice flush of colour to my cheeks. It is a natural light pink blush that gives you natural-looking pinky cheeks. The blush is free from any kind of shimmers. The blush is insanely pigmented. So, just be a little careful while applying the blush, else you will end up making clown cheeks. This is the perfect pink shade for summers.

One pump gives more than the quantity that is required to give your cheeks a nice flush of colour. Though the shade suits my warm skin tone well, I would still say that it would look the best on very fair skin tones. The formula of the blush is on a thicker side. The creamy liquid is neither runny nor too thick. The blush dries up to a matte finish. I have other shades from the same range too, but those blushes give a semi-matte finish. The blush is so easy to blend. I sometimes use my Beauty Blender to blend it well.

It sinks into the skin so smoothly. But, if you have dry skin, you would need to moisturize your skin well to avoid the patchy finish. It looks a little dewy when I am out in the sun. The blush is very long-lasting and stays for approx. 7-8 hours. After that, it starts fading. If you have sensitive nose, then this is the product for you as it is fragrance-free. Overall, I love this blush.
