Marc Jacobs nail polishes are one of my favourite nail polish formulae. They provide a gel-like finish that lasts longer, and they come in a beautiful packaging, too. Today, I’m reviewing the shade “Fluorescent Beige”.

My Experience with Marc Jacobs Enamoured Hi-Shine Nail Lacquer 142 Fluorescent Beige:
Packaging: Marc Jacobs Enamoured Hi-Shine Nail Lacquer comes housed in a curvaceous bottle with a black cap containing silver details on it. The applicator brush is thin and a little fluffy, which gives enough control to apply the nail polish evenly and precisely. The name of the brand is printed on the front of the bottle while the shade name is printed on the bottom of the bottle. Overall, the packaging feels luxe and classy.
Texture: The shade, “Fluorescent Beige” is a beautiful nude beige shade with a hint of pink glitter, and it would work for all skin tones. It’s certainly a unique shade. This particular shade goes on a little streaky and needs two coats to get an even and opaque coverage. The glitters are so finely-milled that it’s hard to detect them under normal light but, under natural light, they are visible. I feel this range of nail polishes dry faster than the regular formulae. It takes only a minute to dry completely. The brush has a curve to it, which facilitates easier and precise application. The formula is stunning, it provides a beautiful finish and goes on smoothly.
Staying Power: This nail polish stayed for around 6 to 7 days without chipping, which is definitely a good wear time. “Fluorescent Beige” provides a really beautiful glossy finish and doesn’t require a top coat at all. Also, it is easy to remove the nail paint.
