My Experience with Marcelle Mulberry Waterproof Eyeliner:
I really like the packaging except for the cap. Marcelle Mulberry Waterproof Eyeliner comes in sharpen-able form pencil with a transparent cap. It is color coded with the eyeliner shade and looks cute. However, I have had bad experiences with plastic transparent caps of this type, as they crack with time. One needs to be careful while putting these eyeliners in clutch, as the cap might slip off.
Marcelle Mulberry Waterproof Eyeliner has a creamy texture and glides on easily. It feels smooth, while the swatches are hassle free. There is no tugging or pulling issues.
The shade mulberry is a deep wine shade. It has a semi-matte finish. I will rate the pigmentation good but not too great. The pigmentation could have been more intense as such shades offer trouble showing up on darker and flabby eyelids. I experienced the same.
The swatch in images display two strokes in upper and one stroke in lower line, which is not bad at all. The color is easily buildable due to the creamy formula. It dries in optimum time so can be smudged, if required. It is hypo-allergic and safe for eyes. It does not smudge at all after setting and is completely water proof making it a great pick for monsoons and sweaty summers. The eyeliner is fragrance free.
I like the fact that it carries an affordable price tag for masses. The eyeliner is long wearing and stays on for 6-8 hours easily without any uneven fading.
