Hello Pretty Women!
How difficult is it for someone to come out of the comfort zone and do something that is thought to be near-to-impossible. Well, on completion of my 50th post on IMBB, I have decided to challenge myself and do what I felt to be very difficult thing and i.e reviewing a perfume/body spray. I have a super sensitive nose but I am not an expert in describing the scent.
This baby comes in 50ml sturdy transparent plastic bottle packaging with a white plastic cap. The liquid inside is not watery but of syrupy consistency. All the details about the product and ingredients are embossed on the body. On removing the cap you are exposed to a translucent plastic ball fitted on the top of the bottle which is the roll-on ball. I find the packaging to be quite normal. The plastic body and cap makes the product travel-friendly.
Rs 199/- for 50ml
My Experience with Marks and Spencer Fragrant Water Lily Anti Perspirant Roll-on:
I am not a roll on person at all. The clogging my pores and not letting out the sweat is not a very smart idea for me. But recently I am in a phase where I am rebuilding my body spray and perfume collection. Also with the summers approaching I wanted to try this. The roll-on smells awesome; it’s a flowery smell which freshens you up with the very first sniff. I like the cooling sensation that it provides with, on application. Though it stays on for 5-10mins but still I like the feel. The liquid applies on skin like water but the only con comes where the roll-on dries. As you can see in the swatch, the liquid on drying, gives a dry rough chalky feel. I believe this is the formula which helps to resist perspiration; am not sure though.
Other than this I am happy with the product and especially the fragrance. I will probably buy other products with the same fragrance.
Pros of Marks and Spencer Fragrant Water Lily Anti Perspirant Roll-on:
• Superb smell.
• Good packaging.
• Girly pink color 😛
• Price is in limits.
• Staying power is 2-3 hours
Cons of Marks and Spencer Fragrant Water Lily Anti Perspirant Roll-on:
• The whitish cast left on drying.
Would I repurchase Marks and Spencer Fragrant Water Lily Anti Perspirant Roll-on?
No. but I will try other products with the same fragrance.
