Marks & Spencer Lavender Moisture Rich Shower Cream
Hi ladies,
I think some of you might have noticed my recent reviews on M&S products and must be aware of my M&S haul. So today I am reviewing one more product from that haul, a moisturizing shower cream in the fragrance of lavender. Lavender is known for its calming fragrance, did this shower cream calm me down and is it really moisturizing, read on to find out.
Price:
INR 249 for 250ml
What the product claims:
With a traditional relaxing fragrance of lavender, this luxurious foaming shower cream will gently cleanse your skin leaving it soft, smooth and beautifully scented.
Ingredients:
Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Lavandula Angustifolia(Lavender), Glycerin, Cocamide DEA, Decyl Glucoside, Lauryl Betaine, Parfum, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Disodium EDTA, Polyquaternium-39, Citric Acid, Linalool, Magnesium Nitrate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Methylparaben, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Magnesium Chloride, Propylparaben, Methylisothiazolinone, Phenoxyethanol, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Isobutylparaben
My Experience with Marks & Spencer Lavender Moisture Rich Shower Cream:
I have used the rose shower cream from M&S before, and based on that I can say one thing that I love their packaging. The upside down packaging allowed me to use even the last drop of the shower cream. And the curvy shape of bottle makes handling easy. The lavender shower cream smells exactly like lavender essential oil, true lavender smell. Smell is very relaxing which makes it a good choice before bed shower or for weekends.
This shower cream is very moisturizing, still lathers very well. Somehow it takes tad more time to wash then shower gels from M&S. That’s why I prefer using shower cream on weekends as weekdays I am always in hurry. In summers people can skip moisturizer after using this, however I am so used to body lotions I can’t skip it. It smells good, moisturizes skin, and leaves no film/layer behind, a good shower cream for this price.
Pros of Marks & Spencer Lavender Moisture Rich Shower Cream:
• True lavender smell.
• Smells relaxing, soothing.
• Moisturizing shower cream.
• Lathers well.
• Attractive packaging, upside down packaging so no product wastage.
• Small amount of product needed for every use.
Cons of Marks & Spencer Lavender Moisture Rich Shower Cream:
• Smell does not linger after wash.
• Contains Parabens.
Do I recommend Marks & Spencer Lavender Moisture Rich Shower Cream?
If you are looking for a good moisturizing shower cream for half the cost of TBS shower creams, then just get these.
IMBB Rating:
4/5
Will I be repurchasing Marks & Spencer Lavender Moisture Rich Shower Cream?
This is my second shower cream from M&S after the rose one, so I will buy a new fragrance next.
