Matrix Total Results Color Obsessed Shampoo Review

Hi everyone,

This review is about Matrix Total Results Color Obsessed Shampoo. Ladies who have colored their hair must agree with me that it’s really sad to see the color wash away with every shampoo. And, there is no way to escape it! I have tried a plenty of color safe shampoos and conditioners and liked quite a lot of them. Here is one such shampoo.

My Experience with Matrix Total Results Color Obsessed Shampoo:

I have been a believer of Matrix hair care products. All the shampoos and conditioners I have used till date have really worked wonders for my hair. Since I have colored hair and a few highlights, I need to be extremely careful about what I use in my hair care regimen; else it leads to badly faded and distressed hair. I like the Matrix Biolage Colorlast range of shampoo and conditioner as they make colored hair look more vibrant and soft. Plus, those products impart a shine, too.

I was at an Ulta store when I saw this on display. The huge bottle and good price were enough to convince me to buy it. I take a big dollop of the shampoo in my palms and work it out through my hair with a little lukewarm water. There is a faint, refreshing floral smell which lingers even after the wash. The shampoo creates a good amount of lather. It makes my hair feel clean and removes buildup without stripping moisture from my hair.

This shampoo does make my hair soft, shiny and manageable for 2 days and then I have to shampoo my hair again. There are no tangles even if I skip the conditioner, but I do use a leave-in spray. I am happy to find a product that increases the life of my hair color and makes the hair feel nice.

Pros of Matrix Total Results Color Obsessed Shampoo:

• Makes hair soft.
• Doesn’t fade the color.
• Pleasant smell.
• Gives hair a shine.

Cons of Matrix Total Results Color Obsessed Shampoo:

• Temporary results.
