Like you know I picked up two of these MF blushes, in my June haul.. I am always looking for light blushes, which I can wear and I really dont crave “pink blushes” as I know I wont be able to wear them often.Both the shades I picked up are very wearable and not at all pink-y, I can wear them even to the grocers, because my skin has a lot of pink undertones, and this would only help to curb the red-ness, making the cheeks look more natural. 😛

They had a lot of shades, I remember seeing Mulberry and Classic pink too but my priority it always natural blushes. Sometimes my freinds tell me they got a peachy brown with shimmer and their cheeks would look as if they are sunrburnt. So getting a natural pinky brown is also a tough job and my choice is alwyas mattes and light ones like NYX nutmeg.

This one that I got is not a rose pink, its a mild peachy natural shade and it has very very fine shimmer milled in it for that sheen on the cheeks but not a shimmery glow which is disastrous for pores and oily skin, I would chose this sheen and matte finish over shimmer any day.

The effect is gives out is more of a highlight for lighter skin, it barely adds and a color but actually lightens the high cheek bones, so I would suggest to use it the same way and to use a darker color in hollow of the cheek bones. It blends very well and leaves the sheen on the cheeks, but if you build it up then it would not be apt for oily skin..

Since it is a light shade, it does look natural and stays on me for 3 hours or so even on a compact and since I have oily skin, I like to keep it light.The texture is soft and smooth but not chalky or powdery but it is not satin smooth or the best texture I would have used actually.The brush is of course stiff and pretty useless.

Overall it is more like a highlighter shade for me, this shade is light peach for fair skin to be applied on the apple of the cheeks. Staying power is above average and sheen is pretty, it is not shimmery. It is not one of the softest blush but is a good functional blush, a nice peachy sheen shade to have.
