A healthy looking flush doesn’t have to be out of embarrassment anymore – this sheer, soft blusher blends easily into your skin leaving a hint of colour that completes any make-up look. Use it to define your cheekbones or simply let the luxurious and soft texture freshen your complexion. It works just as well over bare skin as it does on top of foundation.
Make-up Artist Tips: For an even fresher, more youthful complexion sweep a little Max Factor Flawless Perfection Blush along your cheekbones and down the centre of your nose after applying Age Renew.
Like you know I am always looking for natural looking blushes that are not awfully pink on me, so I picked this one as the name says “natural glow” 😛 but turned out this does not show up natural or supernatural 😛 quite disappointing in terms of the texture and finish, but a gorgeous color, not sure how to salvage this one.
I picked two more, I already have reviewed the two shade in Classic rose and Chestnut. So I picked up the other two I saw as well in Mulberry and Natural glow, they also have a Classic pink..I am not sure to pick the fifth blush from them or not 😛 anyway lets come to the review
The name says natural glow, alright, its a very pretty pink and it has silver shimmer, so it does not make it ntural, the powder is too matte, in fact that makes it chalky so If I apply it on with out a base or compact on my skin, it looks like an unnatural pink and matte patch on me.
Which brings me to the color, the color is a nice pink but remember it is a cool toned pink, made for white skin so this is not so natural for out warm skin tones, so points deducted there as well, nevertheless the color is pretty
Coming to the texture, it is awful not pigmented, not soft and you have to swipe to swatch it, but with the brush you can pick up the powder and apply it but it feels so chalky, not at all smooth or satiny. The shimmer does not show up thankfully and that is one good thing, it looks all matte with a little sheen, but the pink is too cool toned for my skin.
The staying power is average, since it is so matte, my oily skin does not melt it away so fast, but over all nothing great. Such a pretty pink gone to waste, the texture, pigmentation and the brush are all pathetic, I doubt if I got an old piece but the tester too was the same,I am not happy spending 580 on this one, the others from the range are still better if not the best.
