My Experience with Maybelline Baby Lips Pink Glow Lip Balm Baby Pink:

The lip balm comes in a regular baby lips lip balm packaging. The lip balm tube comes packed in an outer cardboard packaging. This packaging bears the entire necessary product-related information printed at its back. The lip balm tube is small and sleek. It is light pink in color and has the detailing on it in silver fonts. Overall, the packaging is basic and travel friendly.

“Baby Pink” is a light pink shade as the name suggests. The color is too sheer and mixes with the natural color of the lips, I can hardly notice any tint. It almost looks like a clear lip balm, so those of you who do not like to wear highly tinted lip balms (like Maybelline Bright out Loud), then you may try this out. I love wearing tinted lip balms more often, but I always use a clear lip balm under my lipstick so that the color of the lip balm does not tamper with the shade of the lipstick.

This lip balm is devoid of any sheen or shimmer. It is not too glossy or shiny and looks subtle and natural on the lips. The lip balm has a very mild candy-like fragrance which fades away within seconds, so it is a yay for those who do not like strong-smelling lip products. The smell is so dull that it is barely noticeable. The pigmentation of the lip balm is low and the color is not really buildable.

The texture of the lip balm is thick, smooth and creamy. It glides easily on the lips. It is non sticky and feels comfortable. It perfectly heals dry and chapped lips. The formula is moisturizing and nourishing. This lip balm does its job really well. It keeps my lips hydrated for pretty long, takes away dry and flaky skin, and leaves my lips soft and healthy. It does not have any SPF, which is a downside, as I prefer using balms with SPF.
