Today I am reviewing another Maybelline Baby lips Bright collection in the shade Tangerine Pop. It comes in three flavors pink peony, neon rose and tangerine pop.

My Experience with Maybelline Baby Lips Tangerine Pop:

The packaging is similar to the regular Maybelline baby lips; It has bright with animated lip swatches drawn on the front corresponding the threes shades from the bright collection available. The lip balm itself is small and handy and a bright neon tangerine colored. When twisted up the stick comes out and it is not exactly the same color as the tube and leans towards coral rather than pure orange as the packaging .It definitely is not that bright and orange as the packaging.
It has SPF 16 which is great as many lip balms lack that. This one smells fruity and little citrusy, surprisingly it contains tiny shimmers. But they are only visible on the stick itself and do not transfer to the lips much. This one is probably the sheerest from the other two. When applied two to three swipes it shows up as a coral orange shade and very wearable, the color payoff will be less on pigmented lips. It gives a nice shine and polished look to the lips and makes my lips look luscious and fuller.

It is very soft and it moisturized my dry winter lips extremely well. The claim of lasting 6 hours is not true it lasts for a good 3-4 hours after which I have to reapply. Even after it wipes of my lips do not feel dry or parched at all .The texture is very smooth and not at all waxy and glide easily on lips without feeling heavy. Even after having a meal it did not vanish completely and my lips were moisturized. In the swatched I have swiped it 3 times each to show color payoff. In all I Like these little bit more than the regular ones, as I feel these moisturize my lips for little longer. I just wish the color on the stick was true to its name as tangerine and not a coral shade.

• Lasts easily for 3-4 hours

Cons of Maybelline Baby Lips Tangerine Pop:

• The tint is very sheer and will not show much on pigmented lips.
• 6 hours claim is false

Do I recommend Maybelline Baby Lips Tangerine Pop?

I recommend them to everyone, they are one of the best lip balms available, if slight shimmer is not a problem than go for it and now since they are available in so many colors to pick from go…get it.
