Hope everyone is doing phenomenal!!! Summer is finally here; wow! finally I got rid of all my winter clothes and started shopping for the summer. The other day when I was shopping, I got spellbound with these shadow pencils. They are from Maybelline, one of my favorite brand, so randomly picked three pencils. I had never used pencil eyeshadows before and was curious to use.

My Experience with Maybelline Eye Studio Master Smoky Longwearing Shadow Pencil in Blue Blaze:

This is the first time I am using such a pencil. In fact, I had never heard of a pencil eye shadow before. For the packaging, it comes in a typical Maybelline package, just like other Maybelline eye pencils. For the eyeshadow, it has pencil at one end and smudger at the other end. The pencil comes with a twist up mechanism and both the ends are secured with caps. The product is very creamy and smooth on skin, it just rolls very well on the skin when applied and the smudger works good too.

It stays for a very very very long time. I apply it as an eyeshadow and eyeliner – it works well, and the color blue is just too good. The product doesn’t fade off the entire day, that’s a very special thing. And, the pencil’s texture is also very good. Over all, I love my pick! The color and the product justify the pricing. I have a wheatish skin tone and it looked flattering on my eyes; I wonder what an awesome affair it would look like on my fair skin tone. I would recommend this product to everyone who wants to play with different colors.
