Today, the product that I am going to share with you all is this one – Maybelline Master Precise Skinny Liner Pencil, which is a new matte eyeliner pencil that launched with the Maybelline Spring 2016 Collection in the shade “Defining Black.” This one might remind you of the Maybelline Eyebrow Pencil that was available years ago. So, the packaging of Maybelline Master Precise Skinny Liner Pencil isn’t a new one, but it is a great one as the micro tip is just as small for super precise application on your waterline. Let’s take a look ladies!

My Experience with Maybelline Master Precise Skinny Gel Pencil in Defining Black:

Being the makeup junkie that I am, I feel the constant need to try new makeup. Out of all the makeup items, I especially get drawn to eye pencils – a typical Indian girl that I am proud to be!! I honestly feel a girl can never have enough makeup, especially eye pencils since there are so many shades and brands in the market.  So, my attraction towards the Maybelline Master Precise Skinny Liner is no surprise 😛

Packaging: The skinny gel pencil comes in twist-up packaging. The sleek and slim look of this pencil is so attractive and fancy. The Maybelline Master Precise Skinny Liner Pencil is a super slim mechanical eyeliner pencil that has a flat, micro-tip point. Honestly, since this pencil does not have a sharp tip, I wouldn’t say this is the best point or pencil for doing a regular eyeliner look, but for tight-lining, this is great in my opinion.

Texture and Pigmentation: This Maybelline Skinny Liner has a soft and creamy gel liner-like texture that glides amazingly smooth along the lash-line like a dream without any tugging or pulling! The pigmentation is a dense super jet black pencil with a matte finish, but it doesn’t drag during application and applies quite easily. It’s a very intense “blacker than blacker” formula and even more matte than gel liners. It’s super easy to work with this formula. The 1.8 mm micro tip gives me the most precise eyeliner application.

Longevity: According to Maybelline, it will wear for 24 hours straight! I can never try on makeup for 24 hours because I cannot sleep with makeup on if I am alive!! No exaggerations ladies, I haven’t slept with makeup on for the last 6-7 years! Anyway, this baby stays on the tight line and waterline for a solid 12 hours without fading or smearing. If you have oily lids like mine, you should get on very well with this formula as it’ll likely wear quite well for you.

Quality: I am hooked and how!! Finding a perfect pencil for the upper waterline was always a challenge for me as the regular pencils get on the lash line while applying liner to the waterline which I hate!! But with this one, I don’t need to be super careful, just the precise tip does all the magic! Also, the pencil helps to define my lower lashes without making eyes look shady or gloomy.

The gel liner stays up to 9 plus hours which is awesome and smudges evenly after. It is a long lasting, inky black shade, water-proof, super smooth gel formula and has a 1.8 mm micro tip for precise eyeliner application. This pencil is the bomb, ladies!

The overall quality of this pencil is astounding!! It’s so creamy, extremely pigmented and amazingly long lasting. I highly highly recommend this magical black pencil especially for the “jet black” shade. It has become my HG tight-lining pencil. Trust me ladies, you need this in your life!!
