Hope you all are having a great time. I was so eager to buy one of these lipsticks after all the reviews here on IMBB. So I ended up getting two shades- Ravishing Rouge and Eternal rose which has already been reviewed. I do find them a little expensive for 525 but at 472 INR I have no complaints.

My experience with Maybelline Super Stay 14 hour lipstick- Ravishing Rouge:
Ravishing rouge is a beautiful red colour suitable for all skintones. It is one of those shades that are universally flattering. The pigmentation is great. One swipe is enough to give pouty red lips. It’s the perfect red not too orange-y nor too pinky. Pair it with the classic winged eyeliner and it is all you would need. The formulation is matte but I do not find it very drying on my lips even when I have used it without a lip balm. Yes but if your lips are flaky and not scrubbed then it would just accentuate them.
The lasting power on me was a good 8 hours during which I ate, drank and did not do any touch-ups. It fades evenly leaving a red tint on my lips. I just don’t like that it is not transfer proof and settles it fine lines. I have no issues with its smell as it goes shortly after application.

• Might be drying for some and settles into fine lines.
