Shampooing is an important part of hair care regime and is considered an effective way of keeping hair beautiful. Under these circumstances, it is important that you have at your disposal a shampoo that can take good care of your hair. After having good experience with Meera shampoos in the past, I thought of trying other variants. This one is for damage prevention. I bought it as it contains hibiscus and I am a big fan of hair products containing hibiscus. Read on more to know about this shampoo.

My Experience with Meera Herbals Damage Prevent Shampoo:
The shampoo comes in a classic Meera Herbals shampoo, but green in color. The bottle is sturdy and has a flip top cap. The shampoo also is of dark green in color and has nice thick consistency, gel like. The shampoo has a strong smell similar to their herbal wash powder; it smells of herbs and is very strong. The shampoo spreads easily because of its nice consistency and lathers well.
This Meera shampoo has the goodness of Hibiscus and Badam. Hibiscus is known as a root strengthener and badam has protein in it. The combination of these two elements is very advantageous for hair. While Hibiscus strengthens hair, Badam provides hair with its required dose of protein. The shampoo cleanses the scalp well and leaves it squeaky clean. It does not make my hair rough at all, but people with rough and frizzy hair may have to use conditioner.
The shampoo leaves my hair shiny and soft. It is also capable of removing oil effectively. So, one can be totally dependent on it to wash hair after oiling. It has not caused any severe hair fall, although I do notice a few stands falling off while washing, which I usually notice even when I am using a SLS-free shampoo. So overall, it is a decent shampoo with the goodness of herbs.
Pros of Meera Herbals Damage Prevent Shampoo:

- Leaves hair soft and shiny.
- Does not cause any severe hair fall.
Cons of Meera Herbals Damage Prevent Shampoo:
- Smells very strong.

- May not tame frizzy hair.
