Metallic Teal Smokey Eye Makeup

I was going through the stunning palette of Fenty Beauty Galaxy Collection. And there were a lot of shimmery- metallics smoky browns, mints and greens in the palette. I was like wait! I have something similar in my collection. I dug through my good ol’ MAC Eyeshadows collection and found pretty similar colors. I used two main products – MAC Club eyeshadow. It is duochrome brown eyeshadow with teal metallic pigment. And MAC Pigment Blue Brown is the same exact color but in pigment form. Honestly, I had forgotten how much I used to love Club eyeshadow. It looks like a dirty brown in the pan but when you swatch it the teal metallic specs show through. 🙂 if you don’t want to buy both pigment and eyeshadow, I’d say pick an eyeshadow. It’s easier to work with and for more intense pay off you can always damp your brush. For the eyeshadow I made like an all over wing on the lid and just on the ends, I used a black eyeshadow to create a gradient effect.I wanted the focus on the eyes but wanted a little pop on lips too. So I used a terracotta kind of a shade that gave just the right amount of pop. On lips the color is more because of the lip pencil I used than the lipstick. And rest of the face was pretty basic – nice a dewy. 😀 I hope you like the look and give it a try. 🙂
