Seems like a long time since I wrote for IMBB, almost over a month. But I have been really missing my write-ups though I have been visiting and reading IMBB several times a day. The best part was Rati featuring in Cosmo as one of the three influential beauty icons in India. The news made everyone associated with IMBB proud.
Today I have a cream eyeshadow from Mica Beauty Mineral eye shadow range. The shade is bronze, which belongs to the earth colors category of Mica Beauty eyeshadows. Mica Beauty offers eye shadows in Earth Colors, Vibrant Colors, Day Colors and Night Colors. Let’s move on to the details.

My Experience with Mica Beauty Cream Eye Shadow in Bronze:
The first thing to make a mark is the good quality packaging. Mica Beauty Cream Eye Shadow comes in a circular plastic pan with a tightly closing screw lid. The packaging is travel friendly and sturdy.
The texture is silky smooth and carries a buttery feel. The eye shadow can be easily spread over eye lids in seconds. It blends easily and gives a flawless final result. It is safe for sensitive eyes too. The shade bronze is shimmery, but the shimmer is really fine and not glitter chunks. I feel the shade tends more towards golden rather than bronze due to shimmer and personally, I would have preferred a bit champagne or bronzy color. This is a party wear shade to create fantastic eye makeup looks.
The eye shadow wearing time is 8-9 hours at average even without primer which is really too good. It doesn’t crease, doesn’t leave its place on oily eyelids and does not make my eyelids look droopy like powder shadows. Though the price is a bit elevated, the product quality totally justifies it.

• I expected it to be a bit more on the bronze side rather than being too golden.

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Mica Beauty Cream Eye Shadow in Bronze:
I am double minded about recommendation. Firstly, the shade leans towards golden, so it is everyone’s personal preference to pick it or skip it and secondly, it is pricey for a single shade. But the quality of the product compels me to give a nod to recommendation especially when I look at the longevity. I am not an eye makeup person, so there is no benefit for me to repurchase it.
