I have recently started seeing MICA Cosmetics in stores and in the online YouTube world. Though it has been out in the market for quite some time now, it recently caught my eye when I received it in my Ipsy Bag. Mica Beauty Cosmetics are available in the USA, UK, South Africa, and many more places and they are also in many international beauty expos. The product I am going to be reviewing today is a beautiful shimmery powder in Bronze. I have also used it in the previous makeup tutorial that I have done.

This eye shadow comes in small clear plastic container with a black screw on lid with the labeling on it. When you open it, it has tiny holes which mostly all loose pigmented eye shadows have so you don’t take out extra unwanted product.
My Experience with MICA Beauty Shimmer Powder in Bronze
For starters, I really like that the SHORT ingredient list of this product. The less ingredients the better right? Anyways, this is a loose eye shadow and hands down this is one of the best loose eye shadow pigment I have ever tried. The powder formula is so pigmented that just a little speck of this product goes a long way. The color itself is not super dark but then again I did not expect it to be, I expected it to be just like how it looks in the container, (which it is). The product is super blendable so I never have a problem blending it in with the rest of the makeup. The color goes on super smooth and looks good with any color combination. The color in the container looks browner than it actually is. When applied it looks more like a golden bronze color than a brown bronze color, which is super pretty and gorgeous. This is a very versatile color and I believe it will compliment any eye color with any kind of skin tone. The staying power is very good as well. I have tried this with and without a primer and both times it has exceeded my expectations and has stayed put for more than 5 hours which is pretty decent for me. It did however lightly crease by like the 3rd hour when I was not wearing any kind of eye shadow primer, which for me is a minor flaw. One thing that does disappoint me about this product is the amount of fallout it gives. Even if you use a little spec of this product, you will definitely get a decent amount of fallout that will go all over the lashes and under eye area. So whenever I use this product I always do my eye makeup first and then do my foundation and concealer after. It gets very hard to cleanup so that is the best option. One other problem people might have is that this is very expensive, $15 dollars are a bit too expensive for most people so this may cause people to think twice.
Overall, this a good product. It does everything it claims and is a total winner in my eyes. In my honest opinion I think it is worth the money.
