Milani Big & Bigger Lashes Maximum Volume Mascara Review

Skin Type- Oily and sensitive
Skin Tone- Wheatish golden

Hey guys,

I recently grabbed a ton of Milani products, since they have come out with quite a few new ones. I am not someone who wears false lashes a lot which is why I am always searching for good mascaras that are affordable. The product claims and certain reviews caught my attention which is why I picked up the Big & Bigger Lashes Maximum Volume Mascara. Read on to know how my experience was with this mascara…

Milani Big & Bigger Lashes Maximum Volume Mascara

Product claims: Take lashes from full to flirty! Big & Bigger Lashes Maximum Volume Mascara saturates each lash in rich black color and special conditioners for a show-stopping look and a lush feel. The full volume sculpting brush has a flat side that deposits just the right amount of mascara for clump-free results. Evenly spaced side bristles separate lashes for a fanned-outlook and top bristles catch even the tiniest lashes from corner-to-corner.

Packaging: This mascara comes in a pink packet and it is quite a fat one. You cannot throw it into any purse because it will take up a lot of space. Not a fan of the packaging. The wand has a weird look to it too but this is supposed to maximise the lashes.
Texture: The mascara has a runny texture but it dries down extra quick which is a little annoying. Not a fan of the texture at all.

My Experience with Milani Big & Bigger Lashes Maximum Volume Mascara:

This super black mascara is quite a fat one with a fat weird wand. Don’t even try using it on your lower lashes as you will end up messing everything up. I used this mascara without curling my lashes because I wanted to test the product and see if it curls the lashes too.

open

The brush has a flat side, small bristles side and the front portion has kind of spikes. The entire product gets caught on the spiked front side which can be quite messy. It did curl my lashes but it did not separate them at all. The flat side does nothing, it is pretty useless, trust me I have tried using this after watching videos and reading the proper product guide.

bristles

The thin bristles do separate the lashes but by the time you are trying to separate them the mascara has dried and hence starts flaking. It is a very messy mascara if you go beyond one coat. I have used this few times, every time I use it, I find it more and more difficult because it is so clumpy. Also, the wand is huge which can be bad for those with smaller lashes. I don’t like such huge wands at all! It does maximise the lashes but it can look quite messy. If you use this mascara, I suggest you use a tooth brush immediately within seconds to remove excessive product otherwise it looks terrible. Overall, I dislike this mascara but I will continue using it in a different way.

Ps: You can see the picture itself and make out how messy this mascara is!
