I had picked up two shades (Loved and Gorgeous) from Milani cosmetics Amore liquid lipstick range a couple of months ago, and now I absolutely regret getting just two! I am in love with these lip colors and the next time that I get a chance, I would pick them all. I had reviewed a lovely neutral shade “Loved” and today, it’s the turn of “Gorgeous.” Yes, literally this can be ranked number 1 from all the lipsticks that I have used till date. My Experience with Milani Gorgeous Amore Matte Lip Creme:
The Amore matte lip crèmes comes in a see-through square shaped packaging. It has a gold cap which makes it look even better. These are very handy and look really gorgeous too. The wand of the lip crème is perfectly shaped and it glides very smoothly on my lips giving me perfectly-applied lipstick. The range has a variety of shades to choose, ranging from neutrals to bright to darker ones. Overall, I see no flaws with the packaging.
“Gorgeous” is the most beautiful shade from the entire range. I am absolutely in love with this shade, which is a super bold and dark hot pink with strong hints of magenta which makes this shade so unique. It makes my complexion look extremely fair and glowing. It adds a lot of oomph to the pout. Whenever, I apply this lip colour, it grabs a lot of attention as it looks very gorgeous.
The consistency is very smooth and goes very creamy on the lips. After a minute or so, it completely dries off to an ultra matte finish which looks excellent. Then it stays matte and does not smudge at all. It is transfer-proof and does not transfer to glasses either. It does not feel heavy on the lips at all. It might melt a little if you have oily food but only a little colour fades.
The staying power is incredible. It stays for more than 8-10 hours. In fact, I could say it stays all day long till you remove it off. It comes off easily with a good makeup remover.
