Milani Cosmetics recently launched a new range – nourishing lip plumpers. I purchased the shade “Luminoso” since the blush with the same shade name from Milani is one of my all-time favourites. So, let’s see how this Milani Keep It Full Nourishing Lip Plumper 04 Luminoso fared for me.

How to Use:
Begin at the Cupid’s bow and glide the applicator across lips in a crisscross pattern, then along the outer corners, and then on bottom lip.
My Experience with Milani Keep It Full Nourishing Lip Plumper 04 Luminoso:
Milani Keep it nourishing lip plumper comes in a bulky, small, clear tube with golden writing on it, specifying the brand name “Milani.” The bottom of the tube specifies the name Luminoso. The tube has a golden cap. The applicator is a large doe-foot applicator. It is similar to the Tarte Shape Tape applicator. I don’t like this applicator since it’s too large to fill in the lips. If you have thin lips, then you would have a tough time working with this wand. Also, the tube is bulky, so it won’t easily fit in your clutch.
Shade and Finish: “Luminoso” is a metallic peach lip gloss with golden glitter in it. Luminoso lip gloss gives a fuller appearance to the lips. It provides a juicy look to the lips. This shade is suitable for all skin tones. It is a perfect lip topper. It gives an illusion of fuller lips; however, there is no major plumping effect. It feels extremely lightweight on my lips.
Texture and Application: The texture is glossy without any tackiness. The lip gloss has a hint of mint in it which is supposed to help with lip plumping. However, this lip gloss doesn’t provide any major plumping effect to the lips like Buxom lip gloss. There is a light cooling sensation too. The lip gloss is hydrating but not sticky. It applies flawlessly without any patchiness. Application can be a bit tricky application with the bulky applicator. You can apply the lip gloss is a single swipe since the applicator is large and holds more product.
Pigmentation and Coverage: Luminoso lip gloss is a sheer peach lip gloss with golden flecks of glitter in it. The glitter particles are really small and not gritty. You can hardly feel the glitter on the lips. You need to apply a lip liner underneath since the lip gloss is sheer. The lip gloss can be used as a lip topper. The lip glosses have a nice, minty floral scent, which is not overpowering. You do need to exfoliate your lips to avoid showing chapped texture. You can achieve full coverage with a single swipe.
Staying Power: The staying power is similar to any standard lip gloss. It stays on for around 2 to 3 hours without the need to reapply. The lip gloss fades if you eat or drink anything. The lip gloss can be easily removed with a tissue. Overall this lip gloss is good.
