Missha Pure Source Cell Sheet Mask Red Ginseng Claims

My Experience with Missha Pure Source Cell Sheet Mask Red Ginseng:

This sheet mask comes in a rather boring packaging. Its packaging is similar to Innisfree sheet masks’ packaging. It is a white packaging and the ingredients are printed at the back. I picked up several masks from this Pure Source Cell Sheet Mask range. The details on the packaging are provided in both English and Korean.

The packaging is basic and fuss-free. It is very thin and safe to travel with. The mask is a thin cotton mask which is white in colour. The mask is soaked in the liquid serum. The serum is slightly thick and sticky. The mask isn’t soaking wet but has a good amount of moisture to it. The mask is big and hence I have to make slits for it to fit well on the face.

This mask has a pleasant fragrance that doesn’t last long. The mask sits comfortably on my skin and there is no irritation when I have this mask on. Also, it doesn’t fall off the face as it dries. But this mask felt a bit irritating between my brows and chin area, so I just lifted the mask from there and the irritation was gone. It did not break me out, thankfully!

I have been using these masks every 3 days or twice a week because it is very relaxing and the easiest way to pamper your skin. I wash my face with a face wash and then use this mask for 30 minutes or until it is semi-dry. Then, I take it off and pat the excess serum on my skin and let it be for another 15 minutes. After that, I wash my face with plain water, no face wash.

Then I apply my night cream and doze off to sleep. Sometimes I use a toner or aloe vera gel before using the mask. I always keep the mask in a deep freezer for at least 15 minutes before applying because there’s nothing better than a cool mask after a tiring day.

Missha Red Ginseng Sheet Mask

Red ginseng has anti-oxidant benefits, which help in protecting the skin from harmful radiations. It helps to brighten the skin and lighten the blemishes. It also energises your skin and gives it ample nourishment. These masks give temporary results but that’s okay because I like using masks often, anyway.

My skin feels instantly refreshed and moisturised after using this mask. I’ve been using these sheet masks regularly for a very long time now and I feel these masks have helped with dryness. Now I can skip my lotion and my skin still won’t feel parched. So, yay to that!
