My Experience with Mizon Multi Function Formula All in One Snail Repair Cream:

Mizon is a leading Korean skin care brand, with suppliers and retailers across the globe. Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream comes in a glossy copper cardboard box packaging with tinted plastic jar inside. The jar is made of thick plastic and looks like a glass jar. It came sealed and has a protective lid to avoid spillage.

Talking about the product, Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream has a gel texture, mainly because it contains 92% snail slime. The unscented gel-like cream feels slimy, but glides on smoothly and takes a couple of minutes for complete absorption. The hydration level is decent, but it isn’t at all a moisturising product. While this trait makes it a perfect pick for oily and combination skin types, it would disappoint those with dry skin.

You need to slather on your regular moisturiser afterwards when using it in fall or winter seasons. However, it provides some hydration which makes skin feel plumper and baby soft. This creanm is best for acne-prone skin because I have been going through an acne phase, but I can see lesser zits popping up in the past few weeks after I started using it. It is free of any type of harmful ingredient.

Now coming to the claims that have created the hype around, Mizon claims that the product discourages the formation of fine lines and wrinkles and snail mucin diminishes acne scars and blemishes. While I will agree with the former claim, I do not accept the latter one. This repair cream has definitely worked on my fine lines but the crow’s feet remain the same. I don’t have blemishes but a few acne spots and considerable brown spots (thanks to the bad habit of skipping sunscreen my entire life except lately)! This cream hasn’t had a slight effect on those spots.

The anti-aging benefit of any product is actually associated with many diverse factors like the use of moisturiser, sunscreen, food and exercise, and that’s why I can’t judge the product so soon for anti ageing.

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Mizon Multi Function Formula All in One Snail Repair Cream?
I like the product, but I am not thoroughly impressed. My main concern was sun spots and they are still very much there. I will recommend Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream only if you are purchasing from Korea or on discount. I will not repurchase Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream.
