I got this flormar lipstick in my vellvette box and it is super moisturizing.. i have dry lips but when i use this i can actually give my lip balm a pass 🙂
yes Flormar is more like a tinted lipbalm..moisturizing….

maybelline moisture extreme is very effective moisturising lipstick. 🙂 🙂 though its staying power is low, It doesnt fail as a moisturising lipstick
Neutrogena chubby sticks feel exactly same like moisturising balms jomol.. *haan ji* u may try them. Loreal nitro shine n color caresse range is really soft n balmy type as far as I experienced.. *haan ji*
