My Experience with Montagne Jeunesse Foot Soak and Lotion:

I was really pleased with the foot pumice scrub that I had tried from MJ and picked up some more foot care stuff from this brand. I usually indulge in a foot spa once in a month and being lazy, I use foot soaks and lotions from the store.  The sachet is shaped like a foot. It has two partitions – one portion contains foot soak gel and the other side contains lotion. You can use this for one-time application.

Foot Soak:  The foot soak is gel like and is runny in texture. It is light yellow to green in color and smells very fresh and citrusy. Considering the fact that it contains juiced grapefruit, it smells refreshing and instantly brightens up the senses! The soak also has a hint of mint and thus it helps in removing any foot odor and to make your feet feel fresh. The soak is extremely relaxing. Considering its runny texture, you cannot store the product after use. As soon as you add the soak into warm water, the beautiful scent of fresh mint and citrus lifts you up and instantly relaxes your mood. I loved it so much that I ended up soaking my feet for 30-45 minutes. I started with a little water and slowly kept on adding hot water. The soak really relaxes you and is a perfect way to soothe your feet after a tiring day or after a lot of walking. Other than deodorizing the feet, it softens dead skin which can later be removed using a simple foot scrub. The fresh feeling and the smell remains for long and it gives a perfect relaxing effect and the smell lingers around and brightens up your mood!

Foot Lotion:  The foot lotion is sea green in color. The lotion is thick and creamy. It takes a bit of massage to get absorbed into the skin. The lotion has a fresh peppermint fragrance and you can feel a tingling sensation on the skin. My skin looks hydrated and nourished. It eliminates foot odor. My feet felt smoother. However, the lotion forms dirt rolls when I massage it into the skin. This could also be due to the rich texture of the lotion, but other than this, I have zero complaints with this product.
