Night moisturizing and sunscreen before outing is one of such routines. But there are some morning habits, i.e. things you are supposed to do right after you wake up in the morning. Become A Morning Person

Gals! You will have to admit that morning persons are healthier and there is a list of reasons and benefits of early morning routine. I am not suggesting you to wake up before the sun, but rising up with the sun is lucrative indeed. The maximum amount of purity in the air during morning and as we all know, our skin breathes too. So, exchange of fresh air is good not only for health, but skin also. I guess there should be no deficit in being a morning person.

Have A Glass of Water to Commence Your Day

I have seen most of the health and skin experts suggesting that drinking a glass of water is the best way to start your day. This is because it makes your abdomen and stomach area clean in the morning and does its best when you drink a glass of cold water with empty stomach. In fact, 2 or 3 days ago I read a fact in a newspaper that a glass of cold water helps better in waking up in the morning than caffeine. I don’t have any idea if this ‘fact’ is true but I know that a glass of water every morning is going to be advantageous for skin surely.

Body Warm Up

Another essential activity which is taken for granted by people! I am confessing, but I am one of those people. The whole hour of power yoga or a fixed workout session might not be maintained due to evasion, but a little body warm up is a cool and effective way to avail some warmth to your body. It secretes corruptive elements out of the body and morning is the most suitable time for this.

Consume Antioxidants

Consumption of antioxidants in the morning time is an added advantage. Drink any herbal tea which consists of antioxidants like flavonoids which is considered as one of the healthiest antioxidant. And, the great thing is that some antioxidants are found in tea and coffee so you don’t need to cut out your favorite caffeine from your routine. Also, you could grab a bowl of fresh fruits.

Have A Protein Rich Breakfast

There is a saying that have your breakfast like a king; lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. From this, we learn that breakfast needs to be the healthiest and richest among all meals. Proteins are the building blocks of our body (which we have learnt from our primary classes), so include a protein rich diet in your breakfast.

Splash Water on Face

This is although a slow process, but it is effective nonetheless. Spatter some water on your face right after you wake up. This will not only help you to get up easily, but it is good for skin also.

Use An Antioxidant Serum

Antioxidants are essential for us as antivirus for PCs. Antioxidants fight free radicals which is the core reason of aging or say early aging and other skin issues. The application of an antioxidant serum is crucial in the morning, just like we need sunscreen for protection throughout the day.
