It’s been almost a year-and-a-half since I wrote for IMBB, but I am slowly on the route to getting my groove back and I’m going to review a couple of really awesome makeup products that I’ve been trying for some time, really soon for you guys. So today, I am reviewing a really cool blush palette for you guys. You know how your makeup is never really complete without a good blush. You can do really great eye makeup, put on a really cool lip shade, but if there is nothing on your cheeks giving that much-needed definition, your entire makeup look can go for a toss. I am hardly one to settle for a single blush shade (although I’d admit, for years, I used to use the same Maybelline blush everyday). So instead of buying a couple of different blush shades, when I came across the Morphe 9B blush palette, I was sold. I mean the palette has 9 shades of blushes and reading a few reviews later, I was pretty impressed by it, so it only made sense that I bought it. So, keep reading if you want to know how this blush palette fared for me.
This Blushed palette delivers sheer, silky color that lasts for hours. These 9 colors are richly pigmented. This palette contains both matte and shimmer tones. So smooth and blendable, you’ll always want to be BLUSHED. Apply blush to the apples of the cheeks blending upward along the cheek bone. Don’t forget your blush brush!
Dimensions of Palette:

My Experience with Morphe 9B Blush Palette:
Packaging: Morphe is supposed to be a professional makeup brand. The brand has products keeping in mind professional makeup artists, hence the affordable price and comparably great quality and quantity. It is a palette that contains 9 different blush shades. The packaging is a matte black case that has 9 pans of blushes inside. It is a sturdy case. It doesn’t however come with a blush brush or a mirror inside. Although, it’s not really a problem for me since I hardly use the brushes that comes with blushes or the mirror even.
Shades: The blush palette has 9 different shades of blushes. It contains every single shade of blush that you could possibly need. From taupe to brown to pink to mauve to even a coral, the palette has it all. The top row has shades- warm, orange toned brown, a subtle, everyday kind of pink and a peach blush. The middle row has a peachy brown, a nude beige kind of shade and a hot pink blush. The third row has mauve, taupe and coral blushes. The shades are true to how they appear.
Pigmentation and Quality: Now, this is the parameter that could make or break a product. Fortunately for this blush palette, there is a big thumbs up in this department. The pigmentation of these blushes is superb. I mean I have never used another blush with so much pigmentation. I have to really careful with how much product I use. This blush needs to be used with a very light hand or one can easily go overboard with using it. The quality is pretty good too. These blushes are smooth and easily blendable.
They blend like a dream and the texture isn’t chalky at all. The blushes give a very natural flush of color to the cheeks. All of these blush shades have a pretty good staying power. They last on me for as long as I have worn my makeup- I’d say for a good 6+ hours.
Pros of Morphe 9B Blush Palette:
- Value for money. You get 9 beautiful blush shades for the price of I’d say two.
- Easily available online on various websites.
- 9 wearable shades.
- All the blush shades that one could ever need.
- Very pigmented.
- Smooth in texture.
- Easily blendable.
- Stays on for 6+ hours.
- Just a little goes a long way. This blush palette is sure to last me a really long time.
- You will easily find the blush shade to go with any of your lip shades in this palette.
Cons of Morphe 9B Blush Palette:
- Some of the shades like the orange-y brown and the bright coral are too bright for my liking and I haven’t really worn them even once.
- You can’t buy them in India that easily unless you are buying online.
- Doesn’t come with a brush or a mirror which could be a con for some.
- This isn’t a palette which is very travel friendly because let’s be real, nobody likes to travel with a whole palette for blushes too when we know there’s already eyeshadow palettes which can be quite bulky in themselves.
Great product at a great price if you’re looking for different shades of blushes. Quality can be compared to high end blushes like MAC too. Highly recommend everybody to give these a try.
