Hello People! 😀
Okay, so it has been known that if you piss me off, buying me something nice will make me forgive you. 😛 Yes, that’s shallow, and yes, I know. 😀 This was the exact situation “The Boyfriend” was in when he stood me up on a “special” date :X So, “The Boyfriend,” being the nice amazing bundle of tall, testosterone-laden goodness that he is, went ahead and bought me some Moschino! 😀 Ah, I love him 😀 😉
I applied the cream a few weeks ago and well the results were so freaking good that it prompted me to write a review. 😀 So, anyway, now I blab. 😀
Launched by the design house of Moschino in 2003, MOSCHINO COUTURE is a women’s fragrance that possesses a blend of mandarin, cedarwood, peonies, vanilla, bergamot, poppy seed, and pomegranate. It is recommended for casual wear.
Rs. 1750 for 200 ml (not sure, I looked up online).
My Experience with Moschino Couture Silky Body Cream:
The other day I decided to scrub. This was my first time using a separate body scrub, as I’m usually happy with my loofah-induced-exfoliation, but on a friend’s recommendation, I went ahead and well, I scrubbed too much. My skin was so dry and flaky! So, I was looking for a summer moisturizer that is a little more intensive than my Baylis and Harding Body Butter (very light, love it!) without making it too oily and sticky in my non-air conditioned hostel. Then, I remembered that I had Moschino hiding in my closet. 😀
Its a cute, champagne-coloured bottle with the Moschino heart on it. It has a simple flip cap that’s easy to squirt out, although I’d say it squirts out a little too much. I mean, you need very little for the whole arm. This stuff is good!
The smell is divine and holds the smell really well. It lasted on me for a good 6 hours. It got absorbed really quickly without making the skin oily at all and oh, the softness. It made my skin so soft, the very first time I used it. I love, love, love!
Pros of Moschino Couture Silky Body Cream:
- Great smell.
- Moisturizes nicely enough for summers.
- Travel safe packing.
- Made my skin really soft.
Cons of Moschino Couture Silky Body Cream:
- Slightly on the expensive side.
- Limited availability.
- Not too great for dry-skinned people, or for winters.
