Under eye circles on darker skin may have purple, green, or black tones in them. You will need a peach-toned corrector with a concealer one shade lighter than your skin tone layered on top. This will counteract the darkness and brighten the area underneath your eye.

A good eye primer will go a long way. It will smooth your eyelids and help the eye shadow to adhere to lids without creasing. You can also top it off with a concealer to make your shadows pop and stick to your lids for longer intervals.
