M&S Natures Extracts Warm Pomegranate Moisturising Hand & Body Lotion

Hello everybody!
Today am going a review a hand and body lotion from M&S that I’ve been using extensively for the last few weeks. I sat down to write this post to distract myself from all the pain that am experiencing right now :(. Those of you who have faced problems with a wisdom tooth (third molar) or got it removed will understand my state better. All this though will not stop me from enjoying the delicate fragrance of this product . 🙂

Product description: Experience daily luxury with our Nature’s Extracts collection. This light, easily absorbed hand and body lotion enriched with extract of pomegranate will help leave your skin soft and delicately scented.

Price and quantity: £2 for 300ml

Directions for use: Massage gently all over your hands and body to help maintain soft and smooth skin. It is not recommended for facial use.

Ingredients: Aqua, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Cetearyl Alcohol, Paraffinum Liquidum, Isopropyl Myristate, Glycerin, Ceteareth-20, Carbomer, Parfum, Benzophenone-3, Xanthan Gum, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Punica Granatum Fruit Extract, Citronellol, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Sodium Choride, Sodium Sulphate, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.

My experience with it: I use it right after a shower to lock in the moisture and it has worked well in that context. I have been using it for the last two months now and can say that it has worked well for me. I plan to finish it soon so that I can start slathering the newly purchased body butters all over my body in the coming winter months. 🙂

What I like about this hand & body lotion:

• The pump dispenser is hygienic and easy to use and also hygienic. There is no wastage of product as it does not dispense a lot of it in one go.
• It seemed very cost effective to me (for such a good quality of the lotion). It is a good option to give it as a gift too.
• It smells yummy and has a nice texture that is slightly runny and easily absorbed into the skin.
• Perfect for using in autumn when it is not too freezing cold yet . 🙂
• Since it is not greasy, it is ideal for using in places with hot weather conditions.

What I dislike about this hand & body lotion:

• The list of ingredients is a bit of a concern as it contains parabens.
• The product might not be as effective in harsh winters, especially for people with dry skin.

My rating: 3.5/5

Would I repurchase it? No. I want to try out products from other ranges that M&S has to offer.
