I am back again with another blush from MUA, if you have read my last review on MUA cream blush on lush, I was so impressed with the quality. Cream blushes give you a super natural flush, it doesn’t look made up. Today I am sharing MUA cream blusher in dolly. Read on to know more.
Enhance your complexion and say goodbye to dull-looking skin!
These cream blushers are very versatile and multi-purpose. They can be directly applied to bare skin, layered over foundation or set with the matching matte blushers in the £1 MUA range. You can use blush perfection to highlight your cheekbones, shape your face, build and blend with fingers or a brush to create the colour intensity. The colour effects range from a light pink to warm shade, depending on method of application.

Paraffinum Liquidum, Talc, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Ozokerite, Polymethyl Methacrytate, Paraffin, Trimethyl Phenyl Silsequioxane, Cera Alba, Propylparaben, BHT, Mica, [+ CI 77891, CI77491, CI77492, CI 77499, CI15850]
The MUA cream blushes retails in a clear plastic rectangular case. The bottom pan which holds the blush is black in colour. The product name is printed on the transparent lid case. The packaging is simple. It is light weight. I haven’t even used this blush more than three times and the print is already gone. The word ‘cream blusher’ is missing. Soon I will have this blush in a plain transparent case. I did not notice this with the other MUA cream blush, the printing is so bad. And thanks to sumera di, she commented in my last post that her MUA cream blush broke when she accidently dropped it down. So keep these goodies really safe.
Dolly is a peachy colour with a hint of brown making it totally wearable for Indian skin tones. The shade in the pan looks like a very strong peach shade but then I was quite surprised to see it actually be blended out to a gorgeous subtle peach with a tiny hint of brown. This colour looks so pretty. It would work really well for fair and medium skin tones. I really don’t think it would work for very dark skin tones as it might wash you out.
The blush is super creamy in texture. The colour pay off is good. The blush is well pigmented and you really don’t need much. It blends really well and does not feel heavy on the skin.
I use my fingers to just dab it onto my cheeks and blend it out. This idea I have found out to be great to apply on when I am in hurry to leave, as well as you don’t need to carry around a brush to apply, you can easily manage with fingers but please always use sanitized fingers to avoid bacterial infection.
The blush stays on me for about 5 hours and then starts fading slowly. The wear time of the blush extends more if you layer any close colour matte blush over it.

Cons of MUA blush perfection cream blusher – Dolly
• Packaging – it will break if you drop it and the print on the product will vanish in three or four uses.
• Nothing at all about the quality of the product itself– I surely love them.
• Availability – you need to order overseas and bear shipping charges. Some online stores in India stock them up but they are double the price.
4/5 (-1 for packaging quality and availability)
