MUA Fashionista Brush-on Concealer
Hello everyone! Enjoying spring?? I surely am because the sight of budding flowers all around makes my mood very elated; though lack of sleep, daily stress and tough routine has made dark circles my permanent companion. I am very satisfied with my Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer but still I picked up one from MUA fashionista range because the idea of a brush-on concealer generate inquisition inside me to try it. Let’s find out about it’s performance.

MUA says:
The Fashionista concealer is amazing, with a great brush making application on the go easy, it has a luxuriously creamy texture and provides the perfect balanced coverage. Perfect for banishing unwanted dark circles or blemishes.
I have got the medium shade.

My take on MUA Fashionista Brush-on Concealer:
Packaging:
MUA fashionista concealer comes in a transparent plastic squeezable tube, with a soft brush and transparent cap. A very handy, easy to use and travel friendly packaging. The brush application makes it effortless to use.
Texture:
The texture of the concealer is smooth and creamy and the consistency is thick. Hence it takes few strokes and a bit of effort to blend it. But after absorbing in skin, it gives a very natural and dewy finish.
Coverage and lasting power:
For my dark circles, the coverage is above medium but not high definition. It didn’t completely hide them because they are terrible, but did a very acceptable and infact decent job for them. So for under eye area, the longevity is 5-6 hours after setting it with a pressed powder. For blemishes and redness, it is excellent. It covers red spots very well and leaves no traces of redness, lasting for entire day until you wash your face. I have started having visible blemishes now-a-days because the study and travelling doesn’t spare me to carry out any facial or skin care regime, thus this is a rescue measure these days. It covers them very well but after 4 hours, they start sneaking-peeking again.
Even after hours of wear, it doesn’t crease or settle into fine lines or crow feet. Also, it doesn’t enhance dry patches on skin. I actually wanted the light shade in the range, but its unavailability made me settle with medium shade which turned out to be perfect for me. I have a medium fair skin tone and I always had a doubt that Bourjois Healthy mix concealer (shade 52) is a bit lighter for me. For reference, I am adding a swatch comparison.
