I am a sort of amateur in makeup world; so I was extremely happy while buying MUA intense colour lipliner for just £1. This is a renowned drugstore item with amazing result. This was my very first product from MUA, and then there is no looking back… Let’s read out in detail.
What MUA says about this?

My take on MUA Intense Colour Lipliner in Pink Me Up:
The packaging is pretty sleek and innovative for such a budget brand. MUA lipliner comes in wooden pencil which has to be sharpened. The colour of the pencil itself is the shade of the product it houses, metallic pink, with transparent lid including a pretty sharpener! I truly adore it. Isn’t it so handy. The labels and ingredients are printed on body in silver and haven’t faded yet after around 4 month use. Fresh pieces are sealed in a sturdy transparent plastic coating when delivered, which protects the print & the pencil itself. Overall, the outlook of the liner is classy and very easy to recognise in stash.
The sharpener is of excellent quality and sharpens efficiently, without breaking the product. You get a perfect shape of pencil every time. Just make sure to clean the residue before you keep it into your bag to avoid mess.
The lead of MUA lipliner is adequately soft; soft enough not to be harsh on lips and not too soft to break in an instant when pressed a bit. The texture is rich, creamy and soft, and goes on like a dream. It doesn’t drag or tag while applying. It is even gorgeous with a gloss on its own. The pigmentation is insane; brilliant colour pay-off and barely budges throughout the day regardless of how much you push it to its limits.
The color is rosy pink, with subtle silvery sparkle giving it a metallic look. It can match up with any pink lipstick except very dark shades. The staying power is pretty good too. It stays for around four and a half hour and extends the life of your lipstick.
Pros of MUA Intense Colour Lipliner in Pink Me Up:
• Very pretty metallic colour.
• Rich pigmentation.
• Creamy soft texture.
• Comes with an excellent quality sharpener in lid making it very handy.
• A steal for £1.
• Nice staying time.
• Travel friendly packaging with sharpener.
• Attractive packaging.
Cons of MUA Intense Colour Lipliner in Pink Me Up:
• Contains Parabens.
• The metallic sheen may be disliked by some of you.
Rating: 4.8/5 (0.2 deducted for Parabens :P)
Recommendation & repurchase: Yes, I have already ordered two other shades which shall be arriving soon and definitely recommended to those who can reach out MUA products easily.
