My Experience with MUA Luxe Velvet Lip Lacquer – Vivacity:

The packaging of the lip lacquer is so pretty. I love the translucent matte cylindrical tube which has metallic gold screw cap. The cap has the brand name mentioned on it. The cap fits securely and makes the packaging travel friendly.

The applicator is typical doe foot type. It picks up the right amount of the product that is required for one application.

Vivacity is a cool-toned fuchsia pink shade. This kind of shade will flatter fairer skin tones really well. The shade is too vibrant and instantly brightens up the face.

The texture of the lip lacquer is soft and smooth. It glides so smoothly on the lips. The lipstick sets to an ultra matte finish. But it takes really long to dry completely, so you have to be very careful until the lip lacquer sets because it gives so tacky finish if you perch the lips before it sets. It does not settle into the fine lines of the lips.

The lip lacquer is waterproof and smudgeproof. It does not transfer at all. I love the ultra matte finish it gives to the lips. The lip lacquer has no taste or smell. The lip lacquer is so insanely pigmented and gives wonderful opaque coverage in one swipe. It stays for long. I have observed that it lasted on me for 6-7 hours. But it chips easily with oily food and gets patchy. Touchup is also difficult with the consistency like this. So, this can be considered as the only con of this lip lacquer. Overall, I am totally happy with this range of lip lacquers from MUA.
