Today I am here with a brand,the reviews of which are flooding IMBB. Its out there Lip gloss from MUA. Well is our all time fauvorite and a pocket friendly brand. I was dying to get this shade and finally I got it. So without talking much let’s head to the review.

Packaging: The gloss comes in a transparent 6″ long bottle, with a really long doe-foot applicator. The sponge applicator is not very soft, and it picks up very less product, but because of the long handle, I feel the applicator is comfortable enough to apply the gloss precisely on lips.

My Expereince with MUA Out There Plumping Lip Gloss- Shocking Pink

Color, Texture & Pigmentation: The shade shocking pink is a blu-ish hot pink shade, with no shimmers at all, I love my glosses without shimmers. which will suit fair to medium skin tones nicely, but can wash out dusky and yellow skin tones. It looks flattering on my fair to medium complexion, and is a perfect summer shade.

The texture of this lip gloss is neither to creamy thick, nor thin runny, the texture is like a liquid cream, it’s not sticky either and doesn’t feel heavy on lips as some lip gloss do feel heavy & sticky. On lips, it feels like a smooth, creamy lip gloss, which provides enough moisturisation. But the biggest drawback of these product is the tingling sensation it gives on lips, as if like you had rub green chillies on your lips. But I think that’s because of the lip plumping effect it claims to give. It does give the effect of lips being fuller, plumper & glossy. The tingling effect does discomfort for few minutes but it’s bearable. The pigmentation of the product being a gloss is good. But because the applicator takes out less product, it needs at least 2 swipes on both the lips to cover pigmented lips evenly.

Staying Power: The main quality I look out for in each & every kind of product is it’s staying power, we girls need long staying makeup, as everyone with us cannot stand us missing because of the washroom visits for just touch-ups. So the gloss stays put on me for 2 hours completely with visible color but it kinds of starts fading after an hour and the moisturisation tends to stay more one hour. Light snacking & drinking is okay, but it can’t survive heavy meals, and the color is totally gone from lips in that case.

Cons of MUA Out There Plumping Lip Gloss – Shocking Pink

• Gives a tingling effect on lips, just after application, which lingers for few minutes.
• Sponge Applicator is not that soft.
• Starts fading after an hour.
• Doesn’t survive meals at all.

Recommendation/ Repurchase: Yes, I would recommend this gloss & the shade to everyone, ignore the tingling perfect or the rough sponge applicator, other than that you will not find any other reason to miss the product and such a beautiful shade. And if you are a person who hates shimmers in your lip products, you will definately love to try them. In our everyday life we do face some duds, but this gloss is not a dud.

I loved the completely shimmer free formula, which gives it a glossy lipstick feel, it’s pigmented enough to cover the lips in 2 swipes. I had loved it, it’s not me talking with you, it’s the angel inside me who desperately loved the shade. 😛
