MUA Pro-Base Conceal and Brighten Kit Review

How are you all? I am back again with a new review on a conceal and brighten kit . I just love to try different types of concealer kits from different brands. Today I will share my experience about the MUA conceal kit, which I bought online. In this kit , the left one is the lighter shade concealer, middle one is the darker shade concealer and right side is the highlighter. So, let’s see how Makeup Academy Pro-Base Conceal & Brighten Kit in shade Beige-Golden, performed.

Product Description and Ingredients:

• Porcelain-beige
• Natural-medium rose
• Beige-golden

Packaging:

The concealer comes in a small plastic rectangle palette and has a transparent lid, with a tiny mirror attached inside the lid. The see-through lid helps to know how much product is left inside the pan.

My Take on MUA Pro-Base Conceal and Brighten Kit.

I have a little bit weakness towards concealers. I never get tired of trying different types of concealers. To be honest , I have minor spots on my face here and there, but not dark circles *touchwood*. While I was browsing net for concealers, this pretty kit grabbed my attention and I bought it immediately, along with other MUA products.

Coming to the kit, it contains two different shades of concealers and one highlighter. You can use the concealer as they are or mix it together to get desired shade. I find one shade a little lighter for my skin tone and the other one too dark . I sometimes use the darker shade to lightly contour my nose. The concealers are very creamy in texture and highly pigmented. You will need only a small amount to cover your imperfection. It gives medium coverage and blends easily without any effort. Just dab a little bit of fixing powder on top of it and you are ready to go.

The concealer does not crease under eye area and lasts for a decent amount of time, around 4 to 5 hours. It helps in covering minor spots on face. The highlighter is so so amazing . It does not contain any shimmer at all. It is vey creamy and applies very smoothly giving a natural glow to your skin. I use this particular highlighter in this winter by mixing it in my regular moisturizer and foundation and whenever I do this, my friend keeps asking me have you done any facial 😀 (she is not into makeup at all) .

• Not easily available
• Few shades selection, not available for dark skin girls

Would I recommend MUA Pro-Base Conceal and Brighten Kit?

Yes definitely, but only if you can find your match. If you want heavy coverage then skip this.

Would I repurchase MUA Pro-Base Conceal and Brighten Kit?

Well no , because I want to try out different types of concealer kit available out there and this product will last me a long time.
