My Experience with MUA Rose Rouge Paint Box Multishade Lip Palette:
The colors are so attractive in this palette, the claims are true. A few shades are creamy matte and one red is quite glossy. The shades at the bottom – one is doll pink and the other one a red. The red is quite glossy like you can see in the swatch. The pink at the bottom is quite milky, hence not my favorite.
The three shades at the top are pure love! The pink is a wearable rosy pink, mostly matte. The reds are lovely, one is deeper matter and the left most red is a bright glossy one. You can mix and match too, but overall, I quite love the reds. The only “not so favorite” one is the pink one at the bottom.
Pigmentation is great on these – using a brush will dilute the pigmentation, you could also use fingers to apply and then make the outline neat with the brush.
The two brushes provided with this palette are confusing. I am now going to throw the slim brush out, maybe it was meant to outline the lips, the filler brush is nice and worth using on the go. The tiny brush broke from the middle, the glue came off on day one.
The pigment is strong, so these lipsticks do stain my lips, but not too bad. The colors hardly bleed and last well for 4 hours being so bright.
