MUA Sequin Queen Glitter Eyeliner Review

As promised, I’m back with another review. This time, I am reviewing another Glitter Eyeliner from MUA. This one is called Sequin Queen. I love the names that these guys have given to their glitter eyeliners. Now, on to the review!

My Experience with MUA Sequin Queen Glitter Eyeliner:

This eyeliner comes in a transparent cylindrical glass bottle with a black lid. There is a silver band beneath the lid. The lid comes with an inbuilt eyeliner brush. The thin eyeliner brush makes it easy to draw thin, precise lines. The brand name and the product name are printed horizontally in silver on the tube. The shade name is given at the back of the bottle. Overall, I find the packaging to be elegant and travel-friendly. Coming to the fragrance, if you keep the bottle close to your nose, you can get a strong chemical smell which will remind you of a whitener or correction pen. Luckily, the smell is not too overpowering and you will hardly notice it while or after applying the eyeliner.

Coming to the texture, this eyeliner stands true to its name. It indeed is a Sequin Queen as it is full of visible tiny glitter particles. This purple or rather, lavender coloured glitter eyeliner will be a perfect match for your purple outfits and will be best suited for parties or night outs. However, for review purposes, I had applied this eyeliner during the day time. But, I ensured that the rest of my makeup was simple.

Coming to the staying power, this eyeliner stays for almost the entire day. However, make sure to not rub your eyes. The eyeliner will come off. It does not smudge or flake. There is a slight fall out of glitter which can easily be corrected with the help of a q-tip. The eyeliner can easily be removed with the help of water. But, in order to get rid of the glitter particles completely, you will require the help of a good eye makeup remover.

Maybe. I already have three glitter eyeliners from this brand. So, I would like to try out glitter eyeliners from other brands now. But, I would definitely recommend this shade to all of you who are looking out for something to go with your purple party outfits. You won’t be disappointed.
