Hope you all are doing well. Today’s review is about MUA tulip lipstick. I bought three shades from MUA some time back from Superdrug and since there was black Friday offer going on, I got a cute pom pom key ring free with my purchase. Read on the review to know the details.

My Experience with MUA Tulip Lipstick Review:
Packaging: There is nothing unusual or great about the packaging of this lipstick. It comes in a regular black plastic body which is okayish. Nothing more to be expected from a pound lipstick. The bullet is slant for easy application and the base is sturdy. It has a cute lipstick pot at the base, which can be unscrewed for that extra lipstick. It’s quite interesting.
Texture: The texture is super soft and creamy. It glides smoothly over lips. It’s a moisturizing lipstick, that does not dry out my lips. It does not need a lip liner underneath, as it won’t bleed. Even though its creamy but it does not give an opaque finish. Also, it tends to accumulate at the edges of my lips, which is quite annoying.
Shade: The shade tulip is a very light frosty-pastel pink shade. It made my skin look dull and washed out. I really liked the shade when I looked at the bullet but the shade on my lips and the shade of the bullet matches nowhere. When I swatched the tester, it came out to be a nice light pink shade with some glaze to it. I found it so cute, that I bought two of these. But it is such a waste of money for me. So, the downside is that the bullet shade, the swatch color and the color on my lips did not match at all.
Finish and coverage: It has a subtle glaze to it. It does not give an opaque finish. It’s creamy so much, that I don’t like to swipe it multiple times on my lips because it tends to build up at the edges of my lips. It stayed on my lips for about 3 hours and it did not stain. It’s a transferable lip color.
Overall, this lipstick will suit people who are extremely fair with gorgeous rosy lips and those who like frosty lipsticks. It would be loved by people on budget or those who want to try out different shades.

No. I would love to try other shades as I am not a fan of frosty lipsticks.
